September 17, 2006: Brian packs up his gear and moves to Minneapolis, rededicating himself to a musical career. Good luck, Brian!

February 14, 2006: Brian performed a two-hour set at Cafe Rhombus in Thief River Falls. His voice has never sounded better!

November 7, 2005: Brian leaves a week from now for five weeks in Europe. He plans to find relatives in Germany & Italy and make side trips to Iceland, Scotland & England. He'll be touching base with Josh Schmidt of The Vintage Mink who's attending college in Lübeck.

August 25, 2005:  Brian is planning a trip to visit the German campus of McNally-Smith College of Music in Lübeck.

June 25, 2005:  Brian sat in with The Vintage Mink at a Battle of the Bands at the Green Door in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, and THEY WON!  He is in the Twin Cities rehearsing with the group as they return to compete on June 9 from 7 - 11.  Green Door is located on the beach at West Lake Drive & Washington Avenue. 

May 9, 2005:  Brian returns home to Thief River Falls for rest, relaxation & some short-term employment.  He'll be returning to McNally-Smith in January, 2006, to work on his Bachelor's Degree.  He will be accepting playing engagements.

April 26, 2005:  Brian receives his Associate of Applied Science Degree in Music Business--Songwriting at McNally Smith.  Congratulations, Brian!

February 6, 2005:  Brian plans to attend a Warner Brothers Grammy Party in the Twin Cities on February 13!

January 2, 2005:  Brian is visiting his parents & siblings over the holidays.  He'll be finishing his second year at what is now called McNally-Smith College in Saint Paul, then taking the summer and fall off before continuing for his bachelor's degree.

Brian's going to be an uncle for the first time!  His sister, Janna, is expecting her first baby June 25, 2005.  Way to go, Janna & Kent!

November 13, 2004:  Brian spent the week deer hunting with his brother, Roy, and dad.  He bagged two does while Roy got the big one, a 10-point buck.  Brian's friend, Jim Lehrer, flew him back and forth from the Cities.  Looks like Brian has his own private pilot for concert dates!  By the way, Brian is now performing with  The Vintage Mink  in area clubs!
