Welcome to my musical hangout!
I believe in my ability to entertain and know that my music is perfect for your wine bar, coffee shop, or any place where your customers would rather hear an interesting song than watch a football game.
Of course, if a steady flow of cover songs is what you need for your event, then by all means hire a DJ--they need love & money too! But . . . . . . if you're hungry for a musical stew of pensive love songs, bent commentaries on the human condition and odd ditties, I'm ready to cook for you!
That said, I realize that original music must be ENTERTAINING, INTERESTING and PLEASING TO THE EAR. And, who knows? I may throw in an occasional song by Gordon Lightfoot or Martin Mull--my musical muses.
No one should take the stage unless s/he is ready to be in control of the event and make people, for a short time, forget whatever they want to forget or simply to enjoy the evening. Afterall, even a jukebox can play music!
Look around and give me a shout if you need me for your special event. You can hear some unembellished versions of my songs on the link below. I plan a 2010 CD project and will put the polished versions here and on Sonicbids.com.
I prefer to perform solo but can rely on my buddies to join me when needed. I play only smoke-free or outdoor venues and am rarin' to bring my songs to eager ears!
